I employ the most advanced surgical techniques to treat a wide range of colorectal and gastrointestinal conditions. From minimally invasive procedures to complex multi-organ resections, every operation is carefully planned to achieve optimal oncological outcomes while preserving patient safety, function and quality of life.
The core focus of my surgical practice is colorectal cancer surgery, performed using robotic-assisted, laparoscopic (minimally invasive), or open surgical techniques, depending on the complexity of the disease. I have extensive experience in the management of locally advanced and recurrent cancers, including procedures such as pelvic exenteration, multivisceral resections and complex reoperative surgery, always within the framework of multidisciplinary oncological care (MDT).
In the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), I perform specialised surgical procedures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, including the creation and revision of ileal pouch–anal anastomosis (IPAA) and redo pouch surgery in complex cases.
My practice also includes advanced proctological surgery, treating conditions such as haemorrhoids, anal fistulas, HPV-related anal lesions and other anorectal disorders. In addition, I perform pelvic floor procedures for conditions such as rectal prolapse and faecal incontinence, including treatments such as sacral nerve stimulation.
Robotic surgery plays an important role in many procedures, particularly for colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and complex pelvic surgery, offering high surgical precision, reduced tissue trauma and faster postoperative recovery..
I also provide care across the full spectrum of general surgical conditions, including abdominal wall hernias, emergency surgical procedures and the treatment of skin and soft tissue lesions.
