I have extensive experience in the management of locally advanced and recurrent cancers, including procedures such as pelvic exenteration, multivisceral resections and complex reoperative surgery, always within the framework of multidisciplinary oncological care (MDT).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d72224c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d72224c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">In the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), I perform specialised surgical procedures for Crohn\u2019s disease and ulcerative colitis, including the creation and revision of ileal pouch\u2013anal anastomosis (IPAA) and redo pouch surgery in complex cases.<br \/><br \/>\nMy practice also includes advanced proctological surgery, treating conditions such as haemorrhoids, anal fistulas, HPV-related anal lesions and other anorectal disorders. In addition, I perform pelvic floor procedures for conditions such as rectal prolapse and faecal incontinence, including treatments such as sacral nerve stimulation.<br \/><br \/>\nRobotic surgery plays an important role in many procedures, particularly for colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease and complex pelvic surgery, offering high surgical precision, reduced tissue trauma and faster postoperative recovery..<br \/><br \/>\nI also provide care across the full spectrum of general surgical conditions, including abdominal wall hernias, emergency surgical procedures and the
